Therefore, more and more companies are beginning to favor water-based cleaning.

Cleaning is divided into workshop cleaning and final product cleaning. From the material to the product, and then from the product to the finished product needs to go through multiple processing processes, during which many workshops need to be cleaned. Different processes, cleaning methods are also slightly different.

Now the mainstream of the bearing cleaning is the use of kerosene, but with the environmental protection, health, safety and other aspects of attention, hydrocarbon cleaning agent also gradually into people's vision. Hydrocarbon cleaning agent relative to kerosene, the main characteristics of water-based cleaning agent is:

Good 1. cleaning ability. Hydrocarbon cleaning agent and most of the rust-proof oil, machinery processing oil and other oils with non-polar fractions of oil, hydrocarbon cleaning agent cleaning this kind of mineral oil effect.

2. boiling point is high. In the natural state, the evaporation loss is small, and the sealing requirements for packaging and equipment are not high.

No residue after 3. drying. Hydrocarbon cleaning agent is a very pure refined solvent, dry can be completely volatile, without any residue.

4. non-toxic. Hydrocarbon cleaning agent inhalation toxicity, oral toxicity and skin contact toxicity are low toxicity, and do not belong to carcinogenic substances, high safety.

Good compatibility of 5. materials. Hydrocarbon cleaning agent does not contain moisture, chlorine, sulfur corrosion, on a variety of metal materials will not produce corrosion and oxidation.

6. low viscosity, low surface tension. The impregnation effect of hydrocarbon cleaning agent is better, and it is easy to impregnate into the narrow gap of the workpiece to be washed. When cleaning the bearing, there is no immersion dead angle.

7. environmental protection. Kerosene is not a special cleaning agent, complex composition, containing a certain amount of aromatic hydrocarbons, sulfur, chlorine and other corrosion for the machine, for human health hazards. The cleaning effect of water-based cleaning agent on organic dirt is poor. After cleaning, the active agent is easy to remain on the bearing surface, which is not easy to dry and has poor anti-rust performance. Therefore, water-based cleaning agent is generally not used when cleaning the finished bearing.
